The distinctive green color and grassy nuances come from the first cold pressing of exclusively green Nocarella del Belice olives. Its flavor is considered to be ripe, bright, and fruity. Youll note earthy notes and a bright, spicy aftertaste. Cold pressed and unfiltered, this mono-varietal oil is delightful to cook with and it makes a lovely accent or dressing.

The restaurants are well-known in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and the two Franks created this brand of olive oil for their restaurants. They travel to Italy to select the olives and you can be assured that the DOP seal represents the authenticity of this oil.
